From free airport pickup to meeting friendly staff, squeaky clean rooms, strong and reliable wifi connection, and breakfast served at a cafe' next door.

To add to the above, a Debonairs Pizza joint is right opposite the guest house, and banks and ATM services also easy to access.

Located in a secure area too. I had a memorable experience and say with certainty that this is a facility of choice for me anytime I am in Addis Ababa. I highly recommend the facility to all visiting Addis.

Makes you feel you’re on vacation - even if you’re not

This provided me with an oasis on a grueling trip. Breakfast is included - at the cafe next door. Good egg cheese croissant. And a pretty good brownie. (Though people with peanut allergies need to ask questions first!)

A Wonderful Stay With Superb Staff

I arrived in Addis to find my hotel had double booked my room. I was stranded and late for meetings. I quickly booked Victoria GuestHouse and within minutes it was confirmed. When I arrived after a long day of meetings the staff were so welcoming and helpful, even sending a driver to collect me. The room was faultless and cleaned meticulously every day. The staff were on hand 24/7 to call a taxi/food/offer recommendations.

I cannot recommend the Victoria Guesthouse enough - they made my trip a lot easier and more comfortable + there's a great coffee shop next door where they serve breakfast.
